One quick setup, then everything runs on autopilot. This one-time onboarding is where we connect BlogCog to your site, learn about your business, and tune the AI so it sounds like you. After that, the content engine runs quietly in the background, publishing rich, search-friendly articles for you every day. Most onboardings are done in a simple 20-minute call.

What’s Included

• We learn your business & voice: We review your site, your About page, your products or services, and a short questionnaire. This helps us train the AI to speak in your tone and focus on what matters most to your customers.
• Deep topic & keyword research (the magic): Behind the scenes, we research your industry, your competitors, long-tail keywords and real “People Also Ask” questions from Google. We turn all of that into a large private topic library just for you. That’s how BlogCog always knows what to write about next—and why your content feels smart, relevant and endless.
• Platform connection: We safely connect BlogCog to your website (Shopify, WordPress, etc.) so it can publish posts for you and automatically link to your products or services. We handle the tech steps with you, one time, and then it just runs.
• Where posts appear: We make sure new articles show up in the right place on your site where visitors expect to see them. We do a quick test post together so you can see exactly how it looks before we turn things on fully.
• Content mode & mix: During onboarding we decide together how your content should behave:
  • Product-heavy sites: A mix of long-tail / question-based posts plus product spotlights that link to what you sell.
  • Service or small-catalog sites: All topic-driven posts around your niche, answering the questions your ideal clients are actually asking.
  We set this up once so you don’t have to think about it again.
• Schedule tuning: We help you pick how many posts per day (or per week) make sense for your goals and budget, then lock that into your BlogCog settings. From there, it’s automatic.
• Image style setup: We configure your preferred image “look” (clean, playful, bold, elegant, etc.) so every AI-generated header image feels on-brand and consistent across your site.
• Optional team input form: If you want your team involved, we can set up a private “BlogCog Topic Form” on your site so staff can suggest ideas or products without touching any of the technical side.

If You Add Extras

• Rapid Google & Bing Indexing setup: If you purchase the Rapid Indexing add-on, we’ll connect it during onboarding so new posts are automatically submitted to Google and Bing shortly after publishing, helping them get discovered faster.

Commit to Growth: If you stay with BlogCog for six months, we’ll credit your onboarding fee back to your account. It’s our way of rewarding long-term partners and showing how confident we are in the results.
