BlogCog Blogging Form On Your Site (Optional)
For teams who still want their hands in the mix. Most BlogCog clients are 100% hands-off and let the AI handle everything. But if you (or your team) love suggesting topics and ideas, this optional add-on lets you do that right from your own website.
We add a private, behind-the-scenes form on your site where approved team members can submit topics, questions, products to feature or special requests. BlogCog then folds those ideas into your content plan alongside the fully automated posts.
What It Does
- Private on-site form: A simple, branded form that lives on your site (not visible to the public) for internal use only.
- Approved users only: Access is limited to people you choose, so random visitors can’t submit anything.
- Idea capture: Staff can quickly drop in topic ideas, product focuses, FAQs they keep hearing, seasonal requests, etc.
- Feeds your BlogCog queue: Submitted ideas are used by BlogCog when generating upcoming articles, alongside the fully automatic topics we already create.
When It’s Useful
- You have a vocal team: Sales, support or service staff always have “we should write about this” moments—this gives them an easy place to put those ideas.
- You want extra control: You’re happy with automation, but you also want to nudge certain themes, campaigns or product lines.
- You like everything under your own roof: Your team prefers doing everything from your site instead of logging into multiple tools.
If you’re happy being completely hands-off, you can skip this add-on. BlogCog will still generate smart, relevant topics on its own. But if you’re a “just let me send ideas sometimes” kind of person, the on-site form is a simple way to do it without touching any of the tech.
